1.Booking & Reservations

  • Availability: All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability from our travel partners (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.). We cannot guarantee that all services displayed on our platform will be available at the time of booking.
  • Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed via email once the payment is processed. It is your responsibility to check the details in the confirmation and report any discrepancies immediately.
  • Special Requests: Any special requests  must be communicated during booking. However, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of such requests, as they depend on the service provider.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing: Prices for travel services may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Once your booking is confirmed, the price will be locked in unless there are significant external factors  that require adjustment.
  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment gateways. Your payment will be processed securely.
  • Currency: All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Currency conversion fees may apply if you are using an international payment method.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on the travel provider’s policies. 
  • Cancellation by Provider: If a travel provider cancels or significantly alters your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may be offered an alternative service or a full refund, depending on the provider’s terms.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain travel services, such as promotional fares or last-minute deals, may be non-refundable. Please review the cancellation policy of each service provider carefully before booking.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Passports & Visas: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, visa, and any required travel permits for your destination. We do not take responsibility for any entry denial due to incomplete documentation.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or travel delays.
  • Health Requirements: Some destinations may have specific health and vaccination requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet these requirements before traveling.

5. Changes to Booking

  • Changes by You: If you wish to modify your booking , please contact us as soon as possible. Modification fees may apply based on the travel provider’s terms.
  • Changes by Provider: In rare cases, travel providers may alter certain aspects of your booking, such as flight times or hotel amenities. We will do our best to assist you with alternative arrangements.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Third-Party Services: TravelBook  acts as a platform connecting you with third-party travel providers. We are not responsible for the quality of services offered by these providers, nor are we liable for any damages, delays, or losses caused by them.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any interruptions in your travel plans due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
  • Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising out of your booking will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service.

7. User Conduct

  • Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect details provided during the booking process.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful activities, including, but not limited to, fraud, hacking, or distribution of harmful software.
